Please visit Peggy at The Simple Woman to read more.

Outside My Window… A blue grey sky and bright white snow.

I am thinking… About self-discipline and how essential it is to being the mother of ten children.

I am thankful for… A good support network of friends that love us, pray for us and cook for us! 🙂

From the kitchen… Breakfast is a pot of rough cut oats with brown sugar, coffee for me and Tony,  juice for the kiddos.  Lunch will be oven-baked subs and pretzels. (bread from Missy!)  Some dear friends will be bringing us dinner.  (We did have the recipe I posted over the weekend – I will post my review at Feeding the Multitudes later…)

I am wearing… Jeans (maternity) a grey top (maternity)  a black/blue/gray apron,  and soon I will add a beautiful baby girl to my back with my didymos nino  wrap.

I am creating…Some updated math lessons for my middle sons, and a baptism booklet for Greta’s baptism (in the Tridentine Rite) this coming Sunday.  (a friend already made some,  I’m only tweaking it to fit Greta!)

I am reading… Nothing on my nightstand at the moment.

I am hoping… To get to mass a few times this week.

I am hearing… AM talk radio from the kitchen,  children beginning to rustle upstairs, and the hamster scratching his cage.

One of my favorite things… Hot coffee on lazy mornings and newborn babies growing chubby cheeks!  (Greta has gained over a pound in two weeks!)

A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week… Plugging away at our school work.  Fun reading lessons with Sammy.   Dessert with fellow homeschooling moms.  Celebrating that it is the final week of February.  (the longest short month of the year!)

Here is picture thought I am sharing… He does have a perfectly comfortable bed!
