Homemade Baby

Posted on

I’ve been keeping my hands busy with these projects while I listen to my children read aloud.  I love to make things for my babies.  I love that I can make things exactly the way I want them to suit the needs of the baby, and I love that these items have that handmade touch.  (fancy way of saying ‘not perfect’ 😉    I made a bib for Molly out of Pattons Merino Wool.  Wool is great for drool bibs and diaper soakers because they absorb moisture and wick it away from the skin.   It is really much softer than most people think.  The hat I made with a soft acrylic.  I think I’ll start a bunting set for my new nephew due next month!

Isn’t she the most darling baby ever!
